Welcome to my counselling practice. If you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about how to move forward, you're not alone. Life presents challenges that can leave us feeling unsure of ourselves, struggling with relationships, or unsure of where to turn. As an integrative therapist, my approach is centred around you – your experiences, your emotions, and your unique journey.
I offer a compassionate, client-led space where you can bring whatever is weighing on your mind. We work at your pace, and together, we explore what’s been difficult for you, whether it’s stress, self-esteem, relationship struggles, or personal challenges. I work with a blend of Person-Centred and Psychodynamic approaches, which means we can take the time to understand your feelings, thoughts, and patterns, while also exploring how your past experiences might be influencing your present.
In our work together, there’s no pressure to follow a set path – it’s about discovering what matters most to you. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you understand the emotions and thoughts that may be holding you back and empowering you to create healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and relating to others. We’ll explore what’s on your mind and unpack the patterns that may be affecting your well-being.
